• Medical certificate of AIDS test;
• Medical certificate on health status certified by an official health protection body of the country the candidate comes from not later than 2 months prior to their arrival to Ukraine;
• Copy of a birth certificate;
• 8 photos 60 x 40 mm;
• Return ticket to home country with a flight open date up to one year.
